🚨 Order Issues & Returns Policy
We want you to love what you rock. If something’s off with your order—whether it’s misprinted, damaged, or defective—let us know within 30 days of receiving it so we can make it right.
If your package goes missing in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If you spot an issue with your product or order, submit a problem report ASAP. We’ll review it and handle any errors on our end at no cost to you.
📦 Returns & Reshipments
- Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the package may bounce back. Once we confirm an updated address, reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a shipment isn’t claimed and gets returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: We don’t offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges or returns are up to your discretion and would require placing a new order at your expense.
