Final Sale Policy

Because most of our items are made-to-order just for you, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or not as described.

If that happens, email us at support@vibrantrock.com within 15 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can jump on it fast. Your satisfaction is a top priority.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’ve got you.

  • Email us at support@vibrantrock.com to start the exchange process.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping.

Shipping Issues

Double-check that shipping address before you hit “order”! If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll ask you to cover the reshipment fee based on the order’s weight. We can’t reship until that fee is received.

Cancellations

We get it—sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, it’s locked in and we can’t offer cancellations or refunds.
