If your package goes missing in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If you spot an issue with your product or order, submit a problem report ASAP. We’ll review it and handle any errors on our end at no cost to you.
📦 Returns & Reshipments
- Wrong Address: If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the package may bounce back. Once we confirm an updated address, reshipment costs will be your responsibility.
- Unclaimed Packages: If a shipment isn’t claimed and gets returned, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
